Der MINT|HUB in einer Region mit hohem Fachkräftebedarf spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Förderung des MINT-Nachwuchses. Basierend auf ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung und erprobten Aktionen wandelte sich die 2012 gegründete MINTplus-Initiative 2023 in den MINT|HUB um. Ziel der damit verbundenen Koordinierungsstelle ist es, verschiedene Institutionen aktiv zu vernetzen, um MINT-Themen bei Kindern und Jugendlichen nachhaltig zu verankern und Begeisterung für MINT-Berufe zu wecken.
