Fach- und Unternehmenskulturen sind ausschlaggebend, um Frauen* für MINT-Studiengänge und Berufsfelder zu begeistern und nachhaltig zu halten. Mit diesem Fokus stellt das BMFTR-Verbundprojekt GenderFuture in MINT praxisrelevante Ergebnisse aus seiner Handreichung für Hochschulprofessionelle sowie für berufliche Netzwerke aus den Bereichen MINT, Gleichstellung und Nachhaltigkeit vor.

Diese Ergebnisse können für Institutionen aus Wirtschaft, Bildung, Forschung und Wissenschaft, Medien und Politik gleichermaßen fruchtbar gemacht werden. Daher erweitern wir diesmal das Impuls- und Austauschformat des Lunch Talks um einen kleinen Workshopteil. Das Projektteam stellt dafür zunächst die Vorgehensweise ihrer Zukunfts- und Innovationslabore vor, die kulturellen Wandel sowie die Öffnung von Organisationen und Institutionen für Frauen* in MINT-Bereichen ermöglichen. Anschließend können Sie direkt an für Sie relevanten Themen rund um partizipative Prozessgestaltung und Organisationsentwicklung arbeiten.
