Die Kontaktstelle Frau und Beruf Freiburg – Südlicher Oberrhein unterstützt Frauen in beruflicher Veränderung, beim Wiedereinstieg, bei der (Um-)Orientierung oder auf dem Weg in die Selbstständigkeit. Ziel ist es, gleiche Bildungschancen und gerechte Teilhabe in der Arbeitswelt zu fördern.

In unseren Beratungen begleiten wir Frauen individuell, kostenfrei und vertraulich. Gemeinsam klären wir berufliche Ziele, entwickeln Perspektiven und informieren über Qualifizierungen, Bewerbungsstrategien und Fördermöglichkeiten. So schaffen wir Orientierung und Mut für den nächsten Schritt.

Mit Veranstaltungen, Workshops und Netzwerktreffen fördern wir Wissen und Austausch. Themen sind u.a. beruflicher Wiedereinstieg, Vereinbarkeit von Sorgearbeit und Beruf oder die eigene Gründungsidee. Dabei steht die Verbindung von Bildung und Praxis im Mittelpunkt: Wir vermitteln Wissen, das direkt anwendbar ist.

Auch Unternehmen beraten wir, wie sie Fachkräfte gewinnen und binden können. Themen sind u. a. flexible Arbeitsmodelle, Vielfalt im Betrieb und die Förderung weiblicher Karrierewege. So tragen wir dazu bei, die regionale Wirtschaft chancengerechter zu gestalten.

Im MINT-Bereich engagieren wir uns besonders mit dem Projekt Klimaheldin im Handwerk. Das Projekt möchte (junge) Frauen begeistern und stärken für Berufe, die für den Klimaschutz zentral sind – vom Bereich Sanitär-Heizung-Klima über Gebäudesanierung bis zu erneuerbaren Energien oder Klimaanpassungs-Berufen. Gemeinsam mit Partner*innen aus Handwerk, Bildung, Zivilgesellschaft und öffentliche Verwaltung wollen wir eine offene, diskriminierungsfreie und zukunftsorientierte Handwerkskultur fördern, in der Frauen sichtbar werden, sich vernetzen und ihre Potenziale entfalten können.
