About us
The Women@DDc Network was founded in 2022 as a joint initiative of Unit 9.3 Diversity Management at TU Dresden , the Barkhausen Institut and the Head office of DRESDEN-concept e.V. in order to connect female scientists of all status groups and science managers within the DRESDEN-concept research alliance and make them more visible.
Women@DDc offers female scientists and science managers a platform to exchange ideas about career paths and challenges in the world of research. In addition to workshops and panel discussions on topics such as networking and careers in science, Women@DDc enables direct exchange with female experts from various fields in science. The network now has around 500 members.
