Beim DACH Finale der FIRST LEGO League kommen die erfolgreichsten Teams der Saison BIOGLOW in Paderborn zusammen. HANDS on TECHNOLOGY e.V. richtet das Finale gemeinsam mit dem Heinz Nixdorf MuseumsForum aus und lädt alle Interessierten herzlich dazu ein, die Ideen, Projekte und Leistungen der Kinder und Jugendlichen live zu erleben.

Die FIRST LEGO League ist ein internationales Bildungsprogramm, das junge Menschen für Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften und Technik begeistert. Über mehrere Monate arbeiten die Teams gemeinsam an verschiedenen Aufgaben. Sie forschen, entwickeln eigene Lösungsideen, konstruieren Modelle, beschäftigen sich mit Technik und Programmierung und bereiten Präsentationen vor. Dabei lernen sie, Verantwortung im Team zu übernehmen, Probleme kreativ zu lösen und ihre Ergebnisse selbstbewusst vorzustellen.

In der Saison BIOGLOW dreht sich alles um die faszinierende Welt der Biologie und um die Frage, wie Lebewesen und ihre Lebensräume erforscht, beobachtet und geschützt werden können. Die Teams setzen sich mit aktuellen Herausforderungen auseinander und zeigen, wie MINT Wissen, Kreativität und neue Technologien dazu beitragen können, unsere Umwelt besser zu verstehen.

Beim Finale präsentieren die Kinder und Jugendlichen ihre Forschungsprojekte vor einer Jury und stellen in weiteren spannenden Aufgaben ihr technisches Können, ihre Kreativität und ihren Teamgeist unter Beweis. Dabei geht es nicht nur darum, besonders gute Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen das gemeinsame Lernen, gegenseitiger Respekt, die Freude am Entdecken und der Mut, eigene Ideen auszuprobieren.

Alle Besucher:innen sind eingeladen, die Teams anzufeuern, ihre Projekte kennenzulernen und zu sehen, was Kinder und Jugendliche mit Neugier, Ausdauer, Teamgeist und Begeisterung für MINT erreichen können. Das Finale bietet spannende Einblicke in ihre Arbeit und zeigt, wie junge Menschen schon heute die Lösungen von morgen entwickeln.
